Refunds or replacements will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If the product delivered does not match the item ordered.

  • Non-Delivery: If the product is not delivered due to issues attributable to GrowWears or its delivery partners.

All eligible refund or return requests must meet the conditions stated in this policy.


2. Refund / Return Requests

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Contact us through our official support channel with:

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return/refund

    • Clear images of the product (in case of damage, defect, or wrong item)

Requests submitted after the stipulated time may not be eligible for a refund.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note the following conditions where refunds will not be provided:

  • Used or Washed Items: Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Size or Preference Issues: Incorrect size selection or change of mind after purchase.

  • Sale or Discounted Items: Products purchased during sales or special promotions (unless defective).

  • Missing Tags or Packaging: Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be processed as per eligibility.


5. Processing of Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by GrowWears.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
